With decades of experience in the fire and security industry, she emphasizes compliance, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. She is committed to continuous improvement, team development, and building a supportive service department that consistently exceeds expectations. Outside of work, Gena enjoys spending time with her family and has recently discovered a passion for yoga to recharge and stay centered.
